At Super Sisters Beauty, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on beauty items that remain in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the authorization number inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
